All prices on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are GST Inclusive.
Erin & Tara uses the Stripe secure payment services, and can accept payment via Stripe using VISA, MasterCard or Debit Card.
If you would like to make a payment via direct debit please contact Erin & Tara directly. We do not accept cash, cheque, bank cheque or money orders. Orders will not be processed until full payment has been received.
Shipping is calculated in check out. For all International-shipping enquiries please contact us directly for a quote.
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If any goods arrive damaged, please contact us immediately or as soon as practicably possible and within 48 hours of receipt. Erin & Tara will arrange to have the damaged item returned to us and a replacement will be dispatched as soon as possible. Should a replacement not be available, you will be entitled to a refund on the item. Damaged goods will be arranged for their due return and replacement at the expense of Erin & Tara and in all cases we must insist that goods be returned in the same condition as received by you with all original packaging.
LIABILITY AND EXCLUSIONS.
Erin & Tara under no circumstances takes any liability for artwork damaged once received. We are not responsible for unsafe hanging practices. Please note all artwork weights and hang accordingly. We take no responsibility for any damage to persons or other goods.
Change of Mind
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are significantly different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t appear as it should.
Please note that the shipping costs will not be refund or credited.
A refund can only be issued once you have arranged and paid to have the goods returned to us.
A refund can only be issued after the goods have been returned to us and have been checked to be in the same condition as they had first shipped, i.e: in all its original packaging, and in good condition.
Our images, as represented on the website are of the highest resolution to ensure likeness to the original and the colours depicted are true to the original also.
Where a refund is required, funds will be issued by Erin & Tara via Direct Debit. Refunds will normally be processed within seven (7) days.
This refund policy is not intended to exclude or limit any rights, which you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Commonwealth) or equivalent State or Territory laws Consumer Guarantees.
Under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, as well as a number of other consumer laws specific to each State and Territory, you may have the right to have goods replaced, repaired or to receive a refund where:
I. the goods are faulty;
II. the goods are wrongly described;
III. the goods are different from a sample shown to you; and/or
IV. the goods do not appear as they are supposed to do.
These consumer guarantees apply to all consumer contracts and cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. These are in addition to any voluntary warranties offered by the original supplier and/or artist
